Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Owlieart! I offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact me at owlieart.business@gmail.com. Then you will need to send the item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning it in its original packaging. 

  • To complete your return, a receipt (confirmation email) is required for proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

  • The wrong product was sent.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
